Our warehouse staff are educated to pack your items precisely according to the specifications we offer. Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing period depending on the item.

Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not return or exchange your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
